What is this newc oncept all about?
“VENUS PROFESSIONAL trade convention” is a new concept created by VENUS for
Exhibitors previously assigned to the specialized trade area. What makes this concept so
new an innovative is that
- the trade area was renamed to “VENUS PROFESSIONAL trade convetion”
- the trade area will be relocated to a new hall (Hall 11)
- a separate entrance was created for professional visitors
- the trade area will open its doors only three days instead of four days as in the years
before
- stands will be available only as complete stands in different sizes
all ancillary costs will be included

Why ready-to-use rental stands?
We decided on this concept to avoid the burden of high stand building costs for our
exhibitors. We offer complete rental stands in the following standard sizes: 9 sqm, 15
sqm, 24 sqm, 35 sqm, 50 sqm, and 100 sqm.
How much are these complete stands?
The 9-sqm stand is available for EUR 2,250 including all costs and expenses. The
complete system stand packages include the walls, carpeting, power connection,
spotlights, furniture and other equipment. Further information, detailed lists and prices
can be found on the following pages. The equipment supplied with every stand depends
on the stand size.
What else is important to know?
The “VENUS PROFESSIONAL trade convention” is open only on three days, Thursday
thru Saturday, and admittance is restricted to professional visitors only.
Will all other areas remain the same as before?
Yes, we will still have the BUSINESS AREA, EXHIBITION AREA, WEB AREA, FETISH AREA
and SHOW AREA. All descriptions and registration forms are included in the general
registration documents.
